What do you need to know about Waiheke Escapes? In the spring of 2014 we were established as a division of Auckland Property Management Ltd. Waiheke Escapes was originally operated from the Auckland based office along with the help of our first Holiday Accommodation Manager. Since this time Waiheke Escapes has continued to grow and in 2015 it became apparent that there was a need for our presence on the Island and in mid-2015 we were very proud to announce the opening of our office on Waiheke Island. Waiheke Escapes had arrived!
The main goal of Waiheke Escapes has always been to deliver professional services to clients and this originally began by having a sole focus on holiday home accommodation. However, as we grew in the market it was clear that there was a need for something more – a company that offered both holiday home accommodation and residential property management.
Waiheke Escapes is proud to offer a superior service that offers a solution to the big problem that a lot of our clients face. How can you continue to get returns on your investment during the winter months? At Waiheke Escapes we offer to take on your property as both holiday accommodation and a residential property. During the busier, summer months we will rent your property to holiday-goers visiting Waiheke Island, and in the cooler, winter months, we will endeavour to secure a tenant to rent the property.
We understand the importance of simplicity and we have an experienced team to help keep your life simple! Our Holiday Accommodation Manager and Property Manager work as a team to ensure the management of your property is smooth and efficient. As an owner you will also be able to login to our Owners Portal (available for both Holiday Accommodation and Property Management) where you will be able to view important details about your property, as well as make your own bookings.
