History of Auckland Property Management

Auckland Property Management had almost 25 years under its belt before the introduction of Waiheke Escapes. Starting with just 4 staff it has grown tremendously since its humble beginnings the early 1990’s, currently home to over 50 team members.

Auckland Property Management is owned and operated by Mr Howard Morley (Principal and Licensee), Howard is a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, a Registered Valuer, an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute, a Property Manager and Property Consultant, he has more than 40 years of real estate industry experience. Auckland Property Management has been in business since the early 1990’s, specialising in Residential Property Management since the start and then due to constant client demand we added Body Corporate Secretarial Services to our inventory of services more than 15 years ago.

Originally our offices were in Burleigh Street in Grafton, in 2004 when the business had outgrown the Burleigh Street premises, we moved to larger offices in Khyber Pass Road. More than 10 years on with the business having continued to grow beyond our expectations we moved into larger and more modern facilities at our current location in Manukau Road in Epsom. The key to our company’s longevity and success over so many years has undoubtedly been our extensive industry experience, our solid management structure, very low staff turnover and professional business ethos, all off which have helped us meet and conquer all the challenges that this tough service industry has had to offer over the years.

In early 2014 Auckland Property Management Ltd extended its property management services to owners on Waiheke Island. This move onto Waiheke Island led to the discovery that there was a great market for holiday homes on the island, hence the beginning of Waiheke Escapes.
