The moment you set foot in Villa Blanc you will see the gorgeous views to Palm Beach and your holiday can begin. Perfect for a family two couples as the singles can be joined to make a 2 double bed that can be made into the super king and the other bed is a king. Being part of Waiheke Resort, this Villa has access to a restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a short 5-minute stroll to Palm Beach itself. The lovely large deck is where you will spend most of the day taking in the gorgeous views and all day sun. There is a bus stop directly across the road from the resort and local shops include a dairy and fish and chip shop.
Villa Blanc is on 1 level and has fabulous easy access with no stairs and includes off street parking. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen means you can experience the best of Waiheke, whether you choose to venture out or dine in. It comes with a 4 burner electric stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and bar fridge. The living room is the hub of the home and comes complete with a reverse cycle heat pump, flat screen TV, stereo and more of those beautiful views. Washing machine and dryers are available for guests in the resort. There is plenty of drying space available on that lovely large deck for beach towels, swimmers, boogie boards etc.

The Sanctuary, Church Bay
Located in the islands most exclusive suburb of Church Bay, only five minutes drive to the main hub of the island, Oneroa Village, this beautifully designed villa is perfect for an extended family or group. Atahu Cottage, Omiha
Set over 2 levels with plenty of off street parking for yourselves and any visitors, this stunning one bedroom, one bathroom home gives you all the living space of a 3 bedroom home but is custom made for couples. A stunning light filled vaulted living area that offers you all sorts of options for relaxation, flows off the well stocked kitchen that could inspire any chef. A wonderful open fire to curl up in front of over winter evenings is the centrepiece and with Netflix available, your cosy evenings in are complete. In summer, open the bi-fold windows to the lush bush view while stretching out on the window seat to soak in the ambiance of the surrounding area – quality time for two awaits.
A beautifully renovated bathroom, complete with separate shower and lovely large welcoming bath are also located on this floor. The master bedroom retreat complete with its own fabulous lounge area that overlooks the main living area below. Sitting in what feels like a glass tree house, one may find the artist is inspired to paint or the writer flows with creative expression.
Atahu Cottage is not suitable for toddlers, however it is baby friendly and portacots can be rented on the island through Waiheke Nannies to save transporting them.

Putiki Palms, Ostend
Best Holiday Accommodation in town, Take your partner, family or a few close friends to this beautiful, private waterfront home. With its 3 bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms, it is the perfect place to leave the stress of the ‘big smoke’ behind. Loaded with style and charm, matched only by the spectacular views of Anzac Bay, this light filled home will delight you.
With your choice of two stunning outdoor living options that take in bush and bay views, and all day sun, you will struggle to tear yourself away to take in the other sights of the island, but if you do you can access the beach right in front of the property via a private walkway directly across from the house.
A short walk, drive or bus ride will put you in the busy hub of Ostend with its shops, cafes, Italian bakery, the Saturday Market and our main supermarket for the island – Countdown.
Putiki Palms is on 2 levels with the two queen bedrooms, and main bathroom on the upstairs level that flows through to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, with more than you will need to whip up a gourmet meal. The living room is the hub of the home and comes complete with a reverse cycle heat pump for those lovely cooler evenings and more of those beautiful views.
The second living area downstairs has the third queen bedroom and bathroom and also offers a kitchenette and refrigerator. From here you can also access the separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Wharf Road boat ramp is only 100 metres away and Kennedy Point car ferry is a five-minute drive. There is a gas station in the next street with the local dairy, which makes fresh sushi daily. There is ample parking for guests, and vineyards such as Goldie, Kennedy Point, Stonyridge, Te Motu and our new flagship vineyard – Tantalus are all close by.
