PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee of $95 applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. Minimum stays: Four nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends. A security deposit of $500 is charged to your credit card seven days prior to the booking and refunded the week following your booking.
