If walking is not your thing, don’t worry, you have lots of recreational options in close proximity. Jump in the car and you have a choice of vineyards, restaurant, the golf course and more beaches less and a 10 minute drive.
With a brand new renovation and flexibility accommodation options, this beach house works for any dynamic. Separation for multiple families or room for four couples, this Rocky Bay offering is perfect for wedding parties, tourists or holiday goers who want to enjoy the real Waiheke.
Bed configuration: Upstairs- Master bedroom with a King bed, Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 with a twin bunk.
Downstairs: Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed and Bedroom 5 with a bunk (single top, bottom double).
This property will only take a maximum of 9 guests at any time. Please note that there are no internal stairs.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. Please note this surcharge is non-refundable
