This modern fully self contained studio is the perfect getaway for discerning couples who are looking to be close to Oneroa without the noise and activity in your back yard. The studio is set next to, but completely separate from, the lovely main residence and has off street parking and a separate entrance. Everything in the studio is brand new and well appointed with quality fixtures and furnishings throughout ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Well equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, heat pump, seating area, flat screen television with Freeview and WiFi. If you have a little one we can offer a porta cot and high chair for children up to the age of two and there is also an outdoor table and chair set where you can enjoy breakfast with a view! This property is also wheelchair friendly and will accept small dogs (on application only).

Beautiful Oneroa beach, cafes, shops and galleries are all within a 10 minute walk of this studio making it an ideal base to explore beautiful Waiheke Island. Kennedy Point car ferry is only a 3 minute drive. A 10 minute walk will have you at Little Oneroa Beach and the local dairy at Little Oneroa. There is onsite parking for guests, a bus stop down the hill, and vineyards such as Goldie, Kennedy Point, Cable Bay and Mudbrick all close by.

PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee of $60 applies to each stay and a $12 fee per night if bringing a dog. Minimum stays: 5 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times. One night stays are available at this property in Off Peak season only for a surcharge of $80.
