Up the stairs you will find an open plan living/dining and kitchen area with a large wrap around deck and very generously sized comfortable outdoor lounge suite and BBQ. The perfect setting for afternoon drinks and sunset dinners on those magical summer evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need during your stay, complete with a large fridge/freezer. Right in front of the deck is the light-filled dining area with seating for four. The adjoining living room is dressed in true retro fashion with sofa and comfy grandma chairs and also offers a modern television with free-view. There is a separate entrance on the first floor.
Also on this level is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a laundry room with storage space.
This property is ideal for a family or friends getaway or as a couples retreat.
Plenty of off street parking is available for cars and boats alike.
