An exit cleaning fee of $175 applies to each stay. All linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, three nights holiday weekends and two nights at all other times. A security deposit of $500 is charged to your credit card seven days prior to the booking and refunded the week following your booking.
