Indulge yourself with a luxurious stay at this modern, light-filled property nestled in lush bush surrounds less than a kilometre from Onetangi Beach.
If you are after privacy, tranquility and space, then you won’t be disappointed.
You will never want to leave once you enter this beautiful home. Architecturally designed, Onetangi Sanctuary is modern and elegant with multi-level spaces and two large outdoor entertaining spaces complete with pizza oven. There’s ample parking for two cars and a small boat.
Perhaps the proximity of a number of wineries may entice you out for an easy saunter where the toughest decision will be where to first - Stonyridge, Tantalus, Te Motu or Wild on Waiheke? For the sporty, the nine-hole golf course is just next door and for those seeking a slower pace, a barefoot walk on stunning Onetangi Beach is a must.
Back at your retreat, the large combined state-of-the art kitchen, dining and living room flow through to a sweeping deck for indoor outdoor living with cooling breezes in the summer and sunny and protected in the winter months. High raked ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness and the double set of bi-fold doors open the living area up completely.
Fire up the barbeque and put your feet up for a glass of wine or beer before dinner while the sky changes colour with the setting sun.
Make your way to the upper levels to view the well-separated three double bedrooms, two sumptuous, well-appointed bathrooms – one boasting a deep bath - and a work from home office.
The top level indoor wall seating offers the ideal space to plump the cushions, put your feet up and enjoy your holiday reading. Sun and light fill every area of this delightful house and the top outdoor area has a large, fully functional pizza oven.
This is the perfect holiday accommodation for a family or a group of friends with seclusion, comfort and space.
Onetangi is a favourite destination for guests. Choose from your three local restaurants, all with stunning vistas out to Aotea Great Barrier and Coromandel Peninsula. Try locals’ favourite, Charlie Farleys, with its famous beer garden and Charlies Big Breakfast then sample Three Seven Two right next door with its inspiring produce-driven and seasonal menu. Making a splash down the road is relative newcomer Ki M?ha with sustainably harvested seafood and ethically farmed meats.
