Books and a dress box for the children, lots of space and the kitchen is fully supplied with all the utensils and cooking pots and dishes you will need, just like home. “Thanks very much for having us to stay at Villa Valmont. We had a great time. The property was in a fantastic location – well located for Oneroa and the near by beaches. The views are stunning. And the villa itself was spacious and well furnished and maintained. It suited our family perfectly – lots of privacy and also good central living space and outdoor eating areas. Plus we enjoyed the pool too. Although it’s super refreshing as it’s not heated. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Fantastic weekend escape on the island in a spacious tastefully furnished holiday home. The owners have put effort into this dwelling for guests to enjoy their space as they would themselves. Definitely for couples, though a beaut spot to share a vino with friends and send them off! A modern kitchen, walk in pantry and all the bits and pieces, it’s the perfect spot to cook a favourite dish, and yes the View, the View! You’ll have to go look for yourself. Our rating 10/10+”

The accommodation was a combination of cosy, classy & tranquil, which was a real treat to get away from the everyday hustle & bustle. Not to mention the breath taking picturesque views as you pull the curtains back of a morning! This is the best accommodation I have come across in my travels across the world & I highly recommend the chalet for your visit to Waiheke Island – you will not regret it! “Fantastic house with everything you need. The location is walking distance to Oneroa village (5 mins) and we also had an easy walk to Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards. I would thoroughly recommend this place for anyone that wants an easy and luxurious stay in Waiheke. The place was immaculate and very well organised for guests. There was 7 of us at the house and no one had to share a bed so it is really well designed for large groups. Waiheke Escapes were a great host who was very helpful and went the extra mile. We would definitely book again!”

“This is such a lovely, warm and comfortable home! It is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day on the island. It is furnished beautifully and has everything that you need. Judith was such a wonderful host and made the check-in and check-out process so simple. She also left us some lovely pastries, fruit, coffee/tea, bread, yogurt, jam, milk and bottled water for us upon arrival. She was quick to respond to any messages that we sent her. The hot tub on the deck is amazing! It allows for a wonderful view of the sunset, not to mention being an ideal spot for star gazing in the beautiful clear New Zealand sky. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to return for another stay soon.”

“We stayed here over a long weekend and it was absolutely stunning! You truly feel like you are in paradise – with breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean and only a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is beautiful and stylish with a gorgeous open plan living area, wrap around deck, and beautiful bedrooms overlooking the water. We also loved the spa in the evenings! I will absolutely be back again – we loved every minute!”
