Botanical Distillery

Our most popular event,  The Gin and Tonic Experience is a two-hour event where guests get to munch and crunch their way through the ten botanical spices which are used to create a classic gin. It’s very much hands-on with lots of laughter and fun. During the event, The Botanical Distillery will distil a Classic London Dry Gin using our traditional copper stills and introduce your guests to the magical world of distillation. While the gin is distilling, each member of the party will create their own boutique glasses of gin using our Gin Essence Library and garnishes to turn a classic drink into a modern aperitive. The best part is your group gets to take the one-litre of distilled gin home with them!
