Oneroa village has everything you could possibly want whether choosing a present for a friend (or yourself!), treating yourself with gourmet items, supermarket shopping or perusing real estate windows once you’ve decided Waiheke Island could be your future home.

Walk back across the park to Bella Seven and relax in one of the many indoor and outdoor spaces or curl up on one of the oversize couches. The house offers three beautifully fitted out bedrooms and three bathrooms with enough space for everyone to have their alone time.

The quality of furnishings and attention to detail in this home is apparent from the minute you pull into the long private driveway bordered with beautiful gardens. Floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors make this the perfect indoor/outdoor holiday destination. Sunny, light and spacious, this is the ideal getaway for groups.

Bella Seven is on two levels. Upstairs features the large master bedroom with ensuite, extensive views, walk-in-robe and private spacious deck with table and chairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed and two king singles plus there is a separate bathroom on this level. The second sitting room is at the top of the stairs complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a sofa bed which converts into a double bed.

Downstairs is the main living area, third bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, separate laundry and dining area with seating for 10. The living room is the hub of the home and comes complete with a huge 65 inch Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system.

The state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless steel Bosch appliances and everything needed to whip up a meal for a large group of family and friends.

Open the sliding doors to the outdoor dining area with dining suite, BBQ and gorgeous cafe curtains that will keep you warm and dry during cooler months and wet days. Flick on the electric overhanging heater to create a fabulous cosy outdoor space.

Two of the most popular vineyards on the island - Cable Bay and Mudbrick beckon you, and at less than one kilometre from your back door to Cable Bay and less than two kilometres to Mudbrick, you will be there in minutes.

Bed configuration: Upstairs - Master bedroom with super king (this can be split in to two single beds on request), Bedroom 2 with queen bed and two king single beds. A double sofa bed is also on this level as part of the second lounge area. Downstairs - Bedroom 3 with queen bed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a late checkout of 12pm. An exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends. A security deposit of $500 is charged to your credit card seven days prior to the booking and refunded the week following your booking.
